Okay everyone hates cardio, except those who like it. Duhh.. Me being one of those people who do not like it. I improvise with either jump rope, stair master, incline walking all for 20 – 30 minutes. Or the best solution is to lift weights faster. haha.
So I tried this pancakes mix. Met-Rx Protein Plus and I feel in love with it. I even add peanut butter to it called PB2. You can find this at any grocery store, it is a powder form of peanut butter. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
