protein oatmeal

Talk about a filling breakfast!

My favorite fast morning breakfast with all the energy you could need till lunch time!

Protein Oatmeal

1/4 cup Oatmeal

1/2 water/milk

1 scoop of your favorite Protein (@1st Phorm Froot loop Flavored protein)

handful of berries of your choice!

First cook the oats either on the stove or in the microwave. Then add your protein to the bowl, mix. Finally garnish your favorite fruit and enjoy!

Fat: 2.5 grams

Chicken Chili!
Great food in bulk. For those of you who are busy like me I find chili to be a great recipe that lasts a few days!
Chicken Breast
Can of Tomatoes
Can of Black Beans
Can of Kidney Beans
Bunch of Kale
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Union
bunch of Spinach

Cook with chili powder, paprika, cumin, and Cayenne Pepper!
Let cook for 30-45 min!

Mincemeat Pie Recipe!!

Pie Filling

2 apples, chopped
1.5 cup raisins
.5 cup dates or figs, chopped
.25 cup orange marmalade
.5 cup sherry or brandy
.5 cup brown sugar
.5 cup candied ginger
.25 cup cherries
1 stick butter
.5 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
.25 tsp clove
.5 tsp nutmeg
.25 tsp mace
.5 tsp salt

cook fruit with butter and cornstarch in skillet until tender
add everything else
pour into pie crust with lattice top
bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Pie Crust
2.5 cup flour
2 stick room temp butter
alcohol (vodka, whiskey, run, whatever) instead of water
