I usually spend an hour to two hours in the gym everyday… Yes that long. I want to completely exhaust myself and feel satisfied. I have coordinated a five day cycle for my workouts. These days are: Chest day, Back day/ Deadlifts, Shoulder-Calves, Leg Day/Squats, and Arm Day. This cycle then starts over with no rest days, except holidays which involve cardio intensive training.
